We want you to be happy with your purchase from Choice Adda. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 15 days return window from the date of purchase.

Items eligible for return:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items
Items with original tags attached
Items in their original packaging

Items not eligible for return:

Digital products like ebook, audio book & online courses etc.
Final sale items
Items purchased using a discount code (unless the code specifically states otherwise)
Items that have been worn or washed

To initiate a return:

Please contact our customer support team at support@choiceadda.in to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Once you have received an RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the return label.
Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above.
Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
